Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work.

Free counselling sessions
The first counselling session is free. You can cancel or reschedule it at any time using the link in your confirmation email. There is nothing to refund.
Paid sessions
- More than 24 hours before the session — reschedule free of charge, or cancel for a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before — you can reschedule once at no charge. Cancellations in this window are not refundable, because the slot can no longer be offered to someone else.
- If we cancel or cannot attend — you get a full refund or a rescheduled session, whichever you prefer.
- No-show — if you do not join within 15 minutes and have not told us, the session is treated as delivered.
Service packages
Application, documentation and visa-support packages are delivered in stages. If you cancel partway through, we refund the fee for stages not yet started, and retain the fee for stages already delivered. We will tell you in writing which stages those are before processing the refund.
What is never refundable
- Government, consular, visa and biometric fees.
- University, college and application fees.
- Test registration fees (IELTS, GMAT, and similar).
- Insurance premiums once a policy has been issued, which are governed by the insurer’s own terms.
- Any third-party fee we have already paid on your behalf at your instruction.
Outcomes are not grounds for a refund
Our fee is for the guidance and work we do, not for a particular result. An admission rejection or a visa refusal is not by itself a ground for a refund, because those decisions are made by institutions and authorities, not by us. If we have failed to deliver work we were engaged to do, that is a different matter — tell us and we will put it right.
How to request a refund
Email hello@hunteducationoverseas.com with your name, the service and the reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
